This Morning was back on screens on Monday for another week of chats, food, and health advice.
And to help with the latter, Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes were joined by Dr Chris.
The programme's resident doctor appeared on the ITV show, live via video link from his Manchester home, to give some important health advice.
On today's edition of the show, Dr Chris was talking about steroids.

But This Morning viewers couldn't help but be distracted.
Instead of listening to his advice, fans were too busy heading to Twitter to see if anyone notice the unusual way Dr Chris had been pronouncing the anti-inflammatory medicine's name.
@ChrisDeityUK tweeted: "Why does Dr Chris keep pronouncing it “steeeroids”? #ThisMorning."
"It’s steroids.. not steeroids, Dr Chris! #ThisMorning," @Gm4nHere said.
@MissLionHeart commented: "I think we all know what we've taken away after watching that segment - how not to say steroids in the way that Dr. Chris is saying it #ThisMorning."
"I like the way Dr Chris says Steeeroooids #ThisMorning," @SlapstickSally shared.
@Attila_hun added: "Dr Chris single handedly boosts twitter by saying “steeroids” #ThisMorning."
Dr Chris was speaking about the adverse effects steroids can have on the body, such as indigestion and heartburn, which will only occur usually occur when taking a "fairly high dose" and if they're taken "for a long period of time".
He also warned against the "horrendous" side effects performance enhancing steroids can cause.
Dr Chris advised that users of steroids should never suddenly stop taking them and should always follow the instructions from their GP or prescriber.
