The Masked Singer was back on Saturday night. It was the first time all eight remaining characters were on the show, as Ellie Goulding starred as a guest judge alongside Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan and Jonathan Ross.
Eiffel Tower was up again, after impressing the panel previously and smashed another performance of Miley Cyrus' hit Flowers. Bonnie Tyler, Sharlene Spiteri, Lindsay Lohan and Doctor Who star Billie Piper were also tipped to be behind the costume.
Another contender was Dippy Egg, as he sang to The Proclaimers I'm Gonna Be (500 miles) with Highland cows on stage. "Is he Scottish?," Davina quipped as Mo added: "I can smell the haggis in the room, this person might have cycles 500 miles."
He said: "I think this person could be Sir Chris Hoy," as other guesses included actor Craig Charles, Good Morning Britain star Ed Balls, former Prime Minister Gordon Brown or Proclaimers duo Craig or Charlie Reid themselves.
Viewers took to Twitter also with their thoughts. "Dippy Egg totally owns the character! Scottish accent a huge clue. He’s covered politics & opera. He 'dazzled' on All Star Musicals (Razzle Dazzle). Supports animal charities. A breakfast staple for years - Nicky Campbell! #MaskedSingerUK," said one fan.
Someone else echoed: "Finally cracked Dippy Egg after his last show! Had the lightbulb moment and pieced all the clues together. It’s… Nicky Campbell."
"I'm going Nicky Campbell for Dippy Egg (which would make him the one Davina goes crazy over) #MaskedSingerUK," said another. Another fan said: "Dippy Egg sounds like Gerard Butler !! #maskedsingeruk," with another adding: "Dippy Egg maybe be Kevin Bridges?"
