Anybody who has watched Netflix's hit series Sex Education will most likely recognise this iconic house that featured throughout all four series of the TV show. After the fourth and final season was released on the streaming service last week (Sept 21), the impressive property has now hit the market.
The incredible house was home to student Otis, played by actor Asa Butterfield, and his sex therapist mum Jean, played by actress Gillian Anderson. The pair live in the house throughout the series which has been witness to some memorable moments, and was also where Jean conducted her sex therapy sessions.
The five-bedroom house in Herefordshire was listed for sale with estate agents Knight Frank on Thursday (Sept 28) with a guide price of £1.5million. The Chalet will be instantly recognisable to fans of the comedy show, but it has been lived in by its real-life owners for 21 years.

A post on the Chalet's Instagram said: "After 21 years of ownership, we’ve decided to put our beautiful chalet up for sale. Such a privilege to have been the custodian of this wonderful property."
The Norwegian former fishing lodge is beautifully presented both inside and out, and is situated in a spectacular wooded and hidden setting surrounding by stunning views overlooking the Wye Gorge to the north and south.
It's land extends to around 4.52 acres with the house itself spanning 3,100 sqft. Inside it boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms set over three floors, with a warm, colourful and comfortable interior style.
All the rooms are arranged around a central hall and a galleried landing.

Aimee Lou Wood, who plays Aimee Gibbs, also won a BAFTA for Best Female Comedy Performance.As detailed in the announcement post in July, creator Laurie Nunn said the storylines in Sex Education came to a natural conclusion while writing the fourth season.“Writing this feels bittersweet, as we’ve decided the fourth season will also be the final instalment of our show,” Nunn said.
