Gemma Collins is set to make a welcome return to our screens on Wednesday 16 February, with her new Channel 4 documentary, Gemma Collins: Self Harm and Me. Former The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma, 41, will open up about her 20-year battle with self-harm in the show, including how it has impacted her and her loved ones, as well as her way of coping with her struggles.
Those set to feature in the hard-hitting documentary include Gemma's best friend, and her fiancé Rami Hawash, and her mum, Joan. The 41 year old, who recently told new! magazine that she's "desperate" to have a baby, has always a close bond with her mum Joan, 66, and her dad, Alan.

She and Alan also briefly appeared in Gemma's ITVBe series, Diva Forever. Gemma has posted occasional snaps of herself and Joan on social media, and in September 2021 the duo enjoyed a lavish day out in London.
