The Only Way is Essex favourite Gemma Collins took to her Instagram to share a sweet picture of herself with her stepson as they enjoyed a night out with Rami Hawash over the weekend.The TOWIE star took to her Instagram story to share with her 2.2 million followers the picture of herself and her fiancé Rami Hawash’s four year old son, Tristan. She beamed into the camera with her signature long blonde hair up in a messy bun as she cuddled up to her beloved stepson.The reality favourite, 41, looked casually for the family night out wearing a green sweatshirt.
