Gemma Collins delighted fans as she shared the secret behind her amazing skin.The former The Only Way Is Essex has lost an impressive three stone over the last year, and most recently, fans have noticed that her skin has been glowing. And the 41 year old took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday morning to reveal that her smooth complexion was down to her own collagen brand. "Thank you for all the lovely comments on my skin.

Speaking about her collagen brand further, Gemma reassured her fans that she wouldn't sell them anything that she didn't personally believe in.
