Aldous Harding has announced a return to Australia as part of her world tour in support of her latest studio album, ‘Warm Chris’.The shows, announced today (May 19), will mark Harding’s first tour of Australia in nearly three years. The New Zealand-born and Wales-based singer-songwriter was one of the very last international artists to perform in Australia prior to the COVID-19 lockdowns, in late February and early March 2020.Harding will perform four shows while in Australia over mid-to-late October.

Epik High have announced an Asia Pacific tour that so far spans five stops in Southeast Asia and Australia.This July, the Korean hip-hop group will head to Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Bangkok and Jakarta for the Epik High Is Here Tour, they announced today (May 14). A tour poster hints at four more stops that have yet to be revealed.The tour will kick off in Singapore on July 9 then head to Australia for stops in Melbourne (July 11) and Sydney (July 12).

Kendrick Lamar has announced a huge 2022 world tour including a series of UK dates.The rapper, who released his new album ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’ today (May 13), is set to hit the road with Baby Keem and Tanna Leone in support of the record.The jaunt will kick off with a raft of dates in the US on July 19 before reaching European and UK shores in October and November, which include two shows at The O2 in London on November 7-8.Tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time in the US on May 20 while pre-sale tickets will go on sale the day before (May 19) at 10am local time through the Cash App.

Nick Vivarelli International CorrespondentSwedish director Ninja Thyberg is the winner of this year’s annual Women in Motion Young Talent Award, bestowed by the Kering Group and the Cannes Film Festival to a standout first-time female director.Thyberg is being honored for directing several shorts and a feature all centered around the theme of “sexuality as a prism for viewing passion in society,” the award’s organizers said in a statement.In 2013, Thyberg’s short “Pleasure” was presented in Cannes’ Critics’ Week section. The short was then expanded into her first feature by the same title which was chosen in the Cannes official selection in 2020 and then screened in 2021 at Sundance, and was also awarded the jury prize in 2021 at Deauville.

Sigur Rós recently kicked off their 2022 world tour and have debuted new material – watch below.The band announced details of their huge world tour in February, which would be their first in almost five years. As well as Mexico, Canada and the United States, they’ll be heading to New Zealand and Australia in August, followed by Asia, and then the UK and Europe from September onwards.The Icelandic post-rock band started their tour in Mexico City on April 28, where they opened their 20-song set with ‘Svefn-g-englar’, marking the first time they’ve played the track since 2013.They then following this with ‘Rafmagnið búið’, giving the track from their 1999 album ‘Ágætis byrjun’, its live debut.

The Charlatans have announced they will embark on a run of Australian and New Zealand shows later this year to mark their 32nd anniversary.They’ll be making the trip down this October for six shows, kicking off with one show in Auckland, New Zealand, on Thursday 6. They’ll then head to Australia, playing Sydney on Saturday 8, continuing through Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne before wrapping up in Perth on Saturday 15.The band will play a number of songs from across their career, with ‘The Only One I Know’, ‘Jesus Hairdo’, ‘Can’t Get Out Of Bed’, ‘One To Another’, ‘Love is The Key’, ‘Blackened Blue Eyes’ and more appearing on their setlist.
