Ian Evatt's Leeds United connection & Bolton Wanderers food for thought with future loan market

Ian Evatt has spoken of how his friendship with Leeds United skipper Liam Cooper has helped him be aware of the up and coming youngsters at the Yorkshire side and how it could potentially help Bolton Wanderers in the future with loans.
Wanderers took on the Yorkshire side's under-21s in the Papa Johns Trophy in midweek. Bolton won 3-0 thanks to goals from Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, Amadou Bakayoko and Kieran Sadlier.
Leeds put out a side full of up and coming talent. The likes of former Manchester City youngster Darko Gyabi started the game, while Evatt himself with impressed with the performance of Sonny Perkins, shaking the 18-year-old's hand at the end of the game.

Cooper played with Wanderers boss Evatt during the duo's time at Chesterfield, playing alongside one another during the 2013/14 season. The two remain good friends and the former keeps the Bolton boss up to speed with the best prospects at Elland Road.
The Leeds skipper made Evatt aware of which players to keep an eye on and, though some of them are well out of Bolton's price range with any potential future loan, he had good things to say about the Premier League youngstes and was clear on his admiration.
Evatt said: “Going back to some conversations, speaking to Liam, he made me aware of a few to keep an eye out for – nothing to do with the game really but more to do with maybe loan options in the future – to see who is doing well for them.
"Sonny was one of those guys who Liam has been very impressed with and I thought last night, he was very impressive. Some of his control, ability to bring other people into play and movement was excellent. I
