A woman who had her life turned upside down by a freak accident is now working with A-list celebrities in Hollywood.
Alison Goodwin spent 15 years in a busy sales management job, a role which saw her travel the world while earning six-figure sums.
However, the hectic role often required her to work 90 hours a week, leaving Alison fearing she was working herself into an early grave.

But that all changed when the 47-year-old tripped over in a freak accident at work – an injury that would alter the course of her life forever.
Alison was working for a major company when her foot became stuck in a damaged piece of carpet, seeing her fall over and snap several ligaments in her leg.
Alison, who lives in Macclesfield, spent the next few years in debilitating pain while desperately fighting to get a diagnosis for her persistent pain.
She visited several different hospitals before eventually being diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome. CRPS is a poorly understood condition where a person experiences non-stop severe pain, according to the NHS.
Although most cases of CRPS are triggered by an injury, the resulting pain is much more severe and long-lasting than normal.
Sadly, the condition also led to her developing fibromyalgia, a long-term condition that causes pain all over the body.
Suddenly finding herself in a world of chronic pain, Alison says her busy lifestyle just stopped overnight.
“I had to just stop life,” she told the Manchester Evening News. “I had to learn how to walk again and do things most people take for granted.”
