A man told police officers ‘I’ve been caught red-handed’ after they stormed his address and discovered drugs and around 300 cannabis vapes.
Police executed a drugs raid on an address on Clively Avenue, Salford, on February 15 and found Rowell Scott, 36, inside.
Scott, of Clively Avenue, immediately confessed to having a quantity of cannabis in the wardrobe and told officers “I’ve been caught red-handed”.

Police then found around 300 vapes containing THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), a small amount of crack cocaine and heroin, and £1,867 in loose cash. Various other drug paraphernalia, including scales and bags, were also recovered.
Scott was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for money laundering and possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs at a hearing at Manchester Crown Court yesterday (May 30) after pleading guilty to the offences.
