I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Nella Rose had a heated exchange with Nigel Farage on tonight’s episode (Wednesday 22 November) of the ITV show. As the pair discussed Nigel’s views on politics, the pair failed to see eye-to-eye - just days after First Dates star Fred Sirieix confronted the former UKIP politician about his stance on Brexit.
Nella, 26, confronted Nigel about his view on immigration as the pair spoke by the bath, with the YouTuber telling Nigel: “Let’s get everything out in the open. All the tea is coming out now… apparently you’re anti-immigrants?” In response, 59 year old Nigel asked Nella who’d told her that, with her stating that she’d got the information from the internet.
“Oh, well there we are then it must be true,” Nigel quipped, to which Nella replied: “It must be! OK, but then why don’t black people like you?” Nigel added that they did like him, and said: “If you came with me through South London, you’d be astonished.” Nella, who recently had a disagreement with Fred Sirieix, then asked: “So everyone hates you for no reason? Not that everyone hates you, that was so bad. Sorry." Following the social media star’s remark, Nigel said it was “grossly unfair” of her to “chuck around accusations”, before attempting to clarify his stance on the matter.
“You can disagree with somebody, but to chuck around accusations the way they’ve been chucked around is grossly unfair,” he said. “Anti-immigrant, right?
