Grace Dent's replacement on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Here has been revealed after she quit the show before taking part in her latest Bushtucker trial. The food critic was chosen to take part in the next star-winning task, Down the Tubes, with This Morning star Josie Gibson.
But viewers of the ITV reality show rushed to shares their concern for Grace as while Josie appeared excited, Grace barely reacted and kept quiet the entire time hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly were in camp to reveal the news. They shared their worry that the 50-year-old was 'unwell' and needed checking on by producers.
Hours after the latest installment of jungle action aired on Sunday night (November 26), ITV issued a statement confirming Grace's exit. A spokesperson for the show said: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."

Following the news, Good Morning Britain revealed who would be replacing Grace for the upcoming trial. Richard Arnold, who is on the Gold Coast reporting on I'm A Celeb for the ITV news programme, said: "There was a lot of speculation on the Twittersphere and other social media paltforms about Grace and that she didn't look well and that her spirit seemed somewhat dampened alongside her other campmates.
"It does seem that being voted for this next trial has broken the camel's back as it were. All we know is officially is that she has left after 10 days on the basis of medical
