I'm A Celebrity...South Africa viewers saw a shock late addition to the camp in the first episode, when a box was delivered to the group containing none other than Gillian McKeith. The controversial ex-campmate was the infamous star of the 2010 series, where her antics included falling out with her co-stars, refusing to do trials, and fainting live on air - which some suspected she faked. Hosts Ant and Dec had warned the group to expect the unexpected, before moving to a hideout to watch nutritionist Gillian's arrival. A large wooden box was carried into camp and knocking was heard from inside, before Gillian emerged to greet an unimpressed Shaun.

He added: "Gillian arrived in a box, she should have stayed in a box." The pair were known for their explosive rows during their first jungle stay and it looks as though there will be no love lost between them this time, either. Viewers were just as shocked to see Gillian back, as one person tweeted: "NOT GILLIAN 'I;M GONNA FAINT' MCKEITH." Many viewers shared pictures of Gillian's legendary "faint" as they tweeted how surprised they were to see her.
Another viewer tweeted: "OMG I SCREAMED. Not GILLIAN when there was sooooo much beef with her and Shaun." Someone else wrote: "No bloody way Gillian McKeith the master fainter is back." Another fan added: "Gillian Mckeith in the camp is just absolutely ICONIC Shaun's face was priceless." Someone else
