Everyone knows that neatly groomed brows really define a face, and while the best eyebrow pens, pencils and gels are great for daily application, sometimes a more permanent treatment can really make a difference, such as tints, waxing and brow lamination. Traditionally only available as salon treatments, there are now a number of DIY products and kits that enable you to enhance your brows at home.
Eylure Dybrow Permanent Tint for Brows is a popular choice, and my long-time go-to – and it's currently on sale for less than £5 as part of Amazon's massive Spring Deals Days, making now a great time to try it. * Eylure Dybrow Permanent Tint for Brows, from £4.95 from Amazon (was £8) Thanks to diligent use of RevitaBrow serum, I'm lucky enough to fairly full brows, but they're patchy in places and are a lighter colour than I'd like, especially when they've seen some sun.
I find that dyeing them not only helps them to stand out more on my face but also captures any tiny hairs around them, making my brows look thicker overall. It's fairly foolproof to use, too. Clean the brows then prep them by applying Vaseline around them, to any areas that you don't want to dye to stain (you don't need to be too neat).
Then mix together equal amounts of the dye and the activator formulas, and brush through the eyebrow hairs.
How you leave it on for depends on how deep you want the colour to be; with my shade, Dark Brown, I usually leave it on for about five minutes. Afterwards, wipe
