They needed to pay tribute to the legendary choreographer’s legacy while still making something of the moment. That meant combing through archival material from Fosse’s many shows, ranging from films like “Kiss Me Kate” and “Cabaret” to his late-period masterpieces such as “Big Deal.” But there was very little to consult when it came to the 1978 original “Dancin'” other than a few grainy videos of a Japanese production and some photos of Willa Kim’s costumes.

Love & Death will premiere on HBO Max this week – you can find episode details below.The upcoming crime drama is based on the true story of Candy Montgomery, a housewife in 1980s Wylie, Texas, who pursues an affair with Allan Gore, her best friend Betty’s husband.Montgomery was accused and tried for murdering Betty, who was found dead in her home with multiple axe wounds.Alongside Olsen, the upcoming mini-series also stars Jesse Plemons, Lily Rabe and Krysten Ritter.There will be seven episodes of the mini-series in total, with the first three dropping on HBO Max on April 27.

INFINITE has announced his 2023 Europe showcase tour.The K-pop idol recently revealed that he’s set to go on a six-show tour of Europe this year. The showcase tour will kick off at the Conway in London on June 23, followed by stops in Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin throughout the rest of the month.Lee Sung-jong’s tour will then continue into July for its final two shows, in Warsaw and Budapest on the 1st and 2nd of the month.According to a tweet from Lee’s official Twitter account, tickets for his ‘The One’ tour will go on sale April 28 at 12pm GMT.

Netflix Orders Season 2 Of ‘Rana Naidu’

Rancid have announced plans to release new album ‘Tomorrow Never Comes’ this summer.The US punk-rock band’s 10th studio LP will come out on June 2 via Epitaph Records and is their first since 2017’s ‘Trouble Maker’.As a first taster, the band have shared the title track from their forthcoming album, the video for which you can view below.The record, which will feature 16 tracks, coincides with their forthcoming UK and European tour which kicks off in Italy at Slam Dunk on the same day the album is released.The tour was set to call at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on June 20, but it has now been upgraded to the OVO Arena Wembley on the same date.The band will also play a second gig at the O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester the following night (June 21).

The BBC and NBCUniversal (NBCU) have co-ordered an adventure reality competition series — a model they followed to bag international entertainment hit The Traitors.

Nick Vivarelli International Correspondent BBC and NBCUniversal have co-commissioned travel reality competition show “Destination X” from a format that originated in Belgium where it’s become a hit. The format created by Antwerp-based production company Geronimo and distributed globally by Be-Entertainment mixes fantasy and reality within a road trip setting. In “Destination X” 10 contestants board a Destination X Bus with blacked-out blinds. Throughout the trip reality is regularly tweaked to mislead the contestants as well as the viewers at home. At the end of each episode, the contestant who places their X on a map furthest away from the bus’s actual location has to leave the game and loses their shot at winning a cash prize. 

EXCLUSIVE: Canada’s Crave has swooped for the U.S., UK and Australian versions of The Traitors while the smash Dutch format is set to made in six more territories, bringing the overall total to 20.

Leo Barraclough International Features Editor Eco-thriller “The Swarm,” which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival, has been acquired in the U.K. by pay-TV operator Sky. Negotiations with a U.S. partner are in the final stages. The show, produced by multiple Primetime Emmy award winner and “Game of Thrones” executive producer Frank Doelger and NDF IP’s managing director Eric Welbers, is set to play on the Sky Max channel in the U.K. later this year. “The Swarm” scored huge ratings in Germany on ZDF and on Austria’s ORF. In Germany, it attracted up to 10 million views per episode (linear and catch-up combined), multiple prime time wins, and big successes within the younger target group (between the ages of 14-49).

HBO’s acclaimed series Barry comes to an end with its fourth season.Created by Alec Berg and Bill Hader, the dark comedy drama follows hitman and aspiring actor Barry Berkman (Hader) as he attempts to escape his violent past.In the fourth season, Barry is in prison following his arrest, where he’s haunted by the words of his former acting teacher Gene Cousineau (Henry Winkler) and attempts to win his forgiveness.Since the show began in 2018, Barry has been nominated for 44 Emmys, including Outstanding Comedy Series on three occasions. Hader won Outstanding Lead Actor twice for his performance in the lead role in 2018 and 2019.Like previous seasons, the final outing spans eight episodes in total.

Demon Slayer’s third season.Based on the manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge, the anime series follows Tanjiro as he strives to become a Demon Slayer after his family were slaughtered and his younger sister, Nezuko, was transformed into a demon.After the second season adapted the Entertainment District arc, the third season jumps into the Swordsmith Village, where Tanjiro meets swordsmith Hotaru Haganezuka in order to repair his sword following a battle against Upper Rank Six siblings, Daki and Gyutaro.The exact amount of episodes hasn’t been confirmed. Past seasons have also varied wildly in length, with the first season spanning 26 episodes while the second season (split into two arcs, Mugen Train and Entertainment District) had 18 episodes in total.The only indicator is how many chapters each arc spans in the manga.

Parents across Greater Manchester are considering quitting their jobs due to the soaring cost of childcare - as new research showed families are being priced out.

Rammstein’s Till Lindemann has appeared in a new poker advertisement, and in it he plays a range of characters – including a punk and a cowboy.The ad, for the online poker site GGPoker, sees Lindemann play a number of characters in a high stakes poker game.One of the characters is a cowboy, another a punk, while a third one sees him dressed as a businessman. He also appears in scenes after the game.Check out the full ad with Lindemann in character here:In other news, a statue of Lindemann was reportedly stolen in Germany less than 24 hours after it was erected earlier this month.The statue was put up in the city of Rostock, Germany – near the neighbourhood of Evershagen where the Rammstein frontman grew up – in honour of the singer’s 60th birthday.Loudwire reported that Rostock police were alerted to the theft around 10am CET on January 4 and were looking for witnesses who might have seen the theft happen.Lindemann also featured on a new song by Sharon Kovacs called ‘Child Of Sin’ earlier this year.The German vocalist sings in English on the title track of the Dutch artist’s new album (released under her Kovacs banner).
