HBO‘s new drama series The Idol has arrived – you can find episode details below.Created by Euphoria’s Sam Levinson, Reza Fahim and Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd, the The Idol follows a self-help guru and leader of a modern-day cult, who develops a complicated relationship with an up-and-coming pop idol.Lily Rose Depp (The Dancer) and Tesfaye lead the cast, supported by Suzanna Son, Troye Sivan, Moses Sumney, Jane Adams, Dan Levy, Eli Roth, Mike Dean and Hank Azaria.There will be six episodes of the HBO drama in total, with the first airing on June 4, 2023 at 9pm ET (1am GMT). The Days has arrived on Netflix, with viewers now able to stream every episode of the series.Based on true events, the new drama depicts the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant meltdown that occurred in Okuma, Japan in 2011. It tells the story over the period of seven days from three different perspectives: the government, corporate organisations and those who put their lives on the line.The plant suffered major damage from the magnitude 9.0 earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan on March 11, 2011. Having been carefully researched, this series explores the chain of subsequent events that led to the meltdown and eventual evacuation of the 20k area surrounding the incident.The official Netflix synopsis reads: “Blamed by some, hailed as heroes by others, those involved with Fukushima Daiichi face a deadly, invisible threat — an unprecedented nuclear disaster.”There eight episodes of The Days in total, all of which are now available to stream on the service.

Arnold Schwarzenegger makes his Netflix debut in action-comedy series Fubar.Created by Nick Santora, the series marks the actor’s first leading role in a scripted live-action TV show, opposite Monica Barbaro as his on-screen daughter.A synopsis reads: “When a father and daughter learn that they’ve each secretly been working as CIA Operatives for years, they realise their entire relationship has been a lie and they truly don’t know one another at all.
