Homeowners in the UK are being urged to rent our their driveway as a way to make "steady monthly income".
Many drivers have space lying unused which could be earning cash during the cost of living crisis.
It is estimated six million garages are full of junk, according to the RAC. With top homeowners earning as much as nearly £5,000 a month renting out their garages and driveways, with YourParkingSpace are urging people to clean their garage.
The experts say that with the cost of skip bags starting around £15, and the average monthly income from renting out your garage or driveway hitting £148, with some earning as much as five grand, this simple hack is a great way to offset the dreading increase in household bills in April.
