Hollyoaks accidentally announces latest star to quit soap amid cast cull

Another Hollyoaks actor has called it quits amid a mass exodus of cast members according to The Sun.Theo Graham who plays Hunter McQueen apparently told bosses his decision to leave last year - and has already finished filming. Hunter originally joined the soap in 2016 alongside his twin brother Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) - they are the sons of Goldie McQueen (played by Chelsee Healey).Theo left the soap in 2018 when his character’s girlfriend, Neeta Kaur (Amy Maghera) was killed during an explosion at Hollyoaks High.

Hollyoaks icon Stephanie Waring has confessed she "begged" producers not to cut her from the show.The actress, who has played Cindy Cunningham for almost 30 years, found herself among the 20 stars given the chop from the Channel 4 soap and has now opened up about the emotional turmoil of her departure. The star, famed for playing Cindy since the dawn of the soap, spoke out for the first time since the shocking news broke, describing how she was reduced to tears and left reeling in shock at the announcement of her exit.

Ciaran, 41, joined Corrie in 2022 as Damon and has been involved in some big storylines - most notably his affair with Sarah Platt (Tina O'Brien) which caused her marriage to Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) to end. It comes after fellow presenter Roman emotionally thanked his listeners at Capital FM for their support during his struggle with depression as he marked his last day on the Breakfast Show following a successful ten-year stint.

BBC News star Robin Brant has revealed that he's leaving the channel after 20 years as a correspondent.The broadcaster took to social media to share the sad news. Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, he said: "NEWS ABOUT ME: I’m moving on from @BBCNews.This weekend will be my last, after 20+ years on the staff.
