Holly Willoughby has shared a rare snap of her 74 year-old mum to celebrate her birthday today. Holly took to her Instagram account to wish her look-alike mum a very happy day. The snap was posted just hours after Holly presented This Morning with her co-star and friend Phillip Schofield live from Buckingham Palace.
