Holly Willoughby pointedly ignored the controversy surrounding former This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield, as she discussed the weather in her Wylde Moon email newsletter. The TV presenter, 42, instead paid tribute to her two children, Harry and Belle, as she shared that they have been revising for exams. Beginning by asking fans: "How’re you feeling today?" she went on to discuss how she's been spending the recent hot weather.
Opening up about her children, Holly shared that they have been revising for exams, meaning they haven't been able to full enjoy the weather. She wrote: "If you’re anything like me, you’ve got some very frustrated kids kicking about the house, when all they want is to be outside kicking a ball! I can remember that battle for self-discipline like it was yesterday.
How are yours getting on?" She continued: "I was thinking, whilst watching Harry and Belle working so hard, that I wish they could get some recognition for their dedication outside of the school timetable, as well as an actual exam grade." Holly then added that she was going to reward both of them with an A. Referencing the upcoming new moon she added that this week will be a "period of rest and regeneration ahead." She then encouraged readers to take this time to think about what they are grateful for, and to think about what else they could bring into their lives.
Holly made no reference to This Morning, or her former friend and co-presenter Phillip Schofield as she shared what she'd been up to recently. Phillip stepped down with immediate effect from the show last month, amid reports of a feud between him and formerly close pal Holly.
