The Way Home‘s season one finale is airing tonight, but before the final episode hits the air, we’re looking back on the theories about the White Witch.
If you recall, the mystical character was seen in the first few moments of the series, running through the woods en route to the pond, trying to escape a mob of sorts with fire sticks in their hands. She stops, utters a few words, and jumps in.
The moment occurred in 1814, which foreshadowed the reveal that the Landry family took root in the area of Port Haven that same year. Del also is in possession of the family almanac with that year inscribed on it.
The woman who jumped in is also deeply rooted in the town’s lore.
Fans have been debating since that moment about just who the White Witch is – whether it could be either Alice, Kat or Del, or someone entirely new.
Most likely, we won’t get a clear answer on who she is in the finale, however, it’s still interesting to see who YOU think it is.
