Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have found a new solution for co-parenting their son Maceo Martinez.
The 57-year-old actress and the 58-year-old actor agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their now 10-year-old son in 2023.
Now, nearly a year later, the former couple have come to a new agreement to help resolve differences.

According to court docs obtained by People, the two agreed to “co-parenting therapy” with a coach to “resolve disputes and conflicts between them in an effort to successfully co-parent.”
They will both go to therapy together, after first attending an individual session with the coach, and they will do no less than six joint sessions.
Halle‘s current beau Van Hunt will also be allowed to take part in the joint sessions.
After six joint sessions, the coach will reevaluate and determine if they need to continue.
Halle and Olivier‘s divorce was finalized in August 2023 after splitting up in 2015.
