Gregg Wallace speaks out on exit from hit BBC show as he admits 'there was an issue'

Gregg Wallace has been pressed on an "inappropriate incident" which reportedly happened on one of the sets of his show with him claiming it was down to "inaccurate" reporting. The MasterChef host made the comments as he appeared on Good Morning Britain.
Gregg was quizzed by Kate Garraway and Richard Madeley as he appeared on the ITV news programme to chat about the new series of Celebrity MasterChef. Before ending their chat, Richard asked: "One thing that I do want to clear up with you because it was all over the papers last month.
"You had this really successful BBC series, Inside the Factory, you did seven didn't you? And then you announced you were leaving it because you wanted to spend more time with your little boy.

"But then it emerged, well it was sort of leaked that your bosses had actually called you in for what was alleged to be inappropriate remarks to the women working in the Nestle factory in York. Papers like the Times, the Mail and the Mirror said that is why you left, and you said it wasn't so do you want to just clear that up?"
Explaining what had happened, Gregg said: "I left. I have got a little boy called Sid who at the moment is non-verbal, he is still in nappies. He has got learning difficulties, I am an ambassador now for Ambitious about Autism, mum needed help there.
"There was an argument inside the factory, the reporting isn't accurate. There was an issue, I thought that is the perfect time to come out, offending people in the factory, no. If you look at the headlines you can't see a story that matches those headlines, but there was an issue, I don't want to discuss what the issue was but I thought
