Greater Manchester's coronavirus infection rate has increased for the first time in four weeks.
A total of 8,804 people tested positive across the region in the week ending August 7.
That's up by 241 cases compared to the previous week, a slight increase of three per cent.
But the current infection rate of 310.5 cases per 100,000 people is still around half of what it was the last time the region saw cases
