Tyler, the Creator has taken home the award for Best Rap Album tonight at the 2020 Grammy Awards. His 2019 record IGOR beat out LPs by Meek Mill (Championships), 21 Savage (i am > i was), YBN Cordae (The Lost Boy), and J. Cole’s Dreamville (Revenge of The Dreamers III).
This is Tyler’s first Grammy win and third nomination. Tyler was previously nominated for Best Rap Album for 2017’s Flower Boy and Album of the Year for his contributions to Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange.

Billie Eilish took home the Best New Artist trophy tonight at the 2020 Grammy Awards. She won over Lil Nas X, Lizzo, ROSALÍA, Maggie Rogers, Tank and the Bangas, Black Pumas, and Yola. In her acceptance speech, Eilish focused on the importance of fans. “Mainly I think the fans deserve everything,” she said. “I feel like they have not been talked a bout enough tonight.” She also addressed the other Best New Artist nominees. “All the other artists that were in this category, I love you all.”
DJ Khaled, John Legend, and the late Nipsey Hussle have taken home the award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration tonight at the 62nd Annual Grammy Award. Khaled’s 2019 single “Higher” beat out songs by Lil Baby and Gunna (“Drip Too Hard”), Lil Nas X (“Panini”), Mustard and Roddy Ricch (“Ballin”), and Young Thug, J. Cole, and Travis Scott (“The London”).
