Kobe Bryant’s grieving widow has continued to mourn the basketball icon’s tragic death by sharing a sweet tribute to her “best friend” on social media.

Vanessa Bryant wants to remember some of the tributes left at the Staples Center by fans of her late husband, Kobe Bryant, and daughter, Gianna. Almost a week after the tragic crash that took the lives of Kobe, Gianna, and seven others, the reports that Vanessa has requested some of the mementos left by fans at the home of the Los Angeles Lakers. 

Never forget. Vanessa Bryant wasn’t in attendance at the Los Angeles Lakers’ first game since Kobe Bryant‘s death on Friday, January 31, but she paid attention to the outpouring of tributes for the late NBA All-Star and their 13-year-old daughter, Gianna.

On Monday night, the hosts of late night television joined in on the chorus of tributes for Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, who was killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday. Bryant's death, and that of his daughter Gianna and the seven others on board, was a devastating blow to sports fans and the nation as a whole. Since many of the hosts are located in Los Angeles, they were able to share personal stories about their time spent with the NBA star or revisit interview clips in his memory.

“It’s likely that you’re hearing many personal anecdotes about Kobe Bryant, so here’s mine,” ESPN’s Elle Duncan said during SportsCenter on Jan. 27, a day after the Los Angeles Lakers star and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Bryant, were killed in a helicopter crash.

The world of basketball lost one of its finest legends, Kobe Bryant, on 26 January, bringing the world of sports to a standstill. The athlete died in a deadly helicopter crash along with his 13-year-old Gianna Bryant as well as seven others.
