Grammys 2020: Lil Nas X Wins His 1st Grammy After Massive ‘Old Town Road’ Success

The Brit Awards are getting juiced up. Lizzo is added to the lineup of performers for the 2020 Brit Awards, alongside Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Lewis Capaldi, Mabel, Stormzy and more.

The Grammys concluded wHith a bang this year with teenage sensation Billie Eilish sweeping the awards. Many other musicians, however, made a whole lot of noise for their performances and wins at the awards night. One of them was singer and rapper Lil Nas X who performed his hit track 'Old Town Road' with Korean pop band BTS and partner Billy Ray Cyrus. Lil Nas X also ended the night on a high as he ended up winning two Grammys.

At Sunday night's Grammy Awards (Jan. 26), Finneas O'Connell turned out to be a major winner — Billie Eilish's brother and producer snagged five Grammys in one evening, including song, record and album of the year, along with producer of the year and best engineered album.

Grammys 2020 had several memorable moments that music lovers will cherish for a while, to say the least. Billie Eilish was on an outstanding winning streak at ! The first-time Grammy nominee secured five awards in total, including record of the year, song of the year, best new artist and best pop vocal album. That’s not all. The 18-year-old singer also ended up winning best album of the year award for her album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go, and making the award even more special, the singer made history with her win and became the youngest album of the year winner in Grammy history.

Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello and Lil Nas X delivered a flurry of live performances at the 62nd Grammy Awards – a night overshadowed by the death of Kobe Bryant.

Billie Eilish’s brother Finneas has won Producer of the Year, Non-Classical at the 2020 Grammys. He picked up the 2020 Grammy over Ricky Reed, the Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, John Hill, and Jack Antonoff. He is a first-time nominee in the category.

Grammys 2020 takes place today, January 26, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The prestigious awards show sees Lizzo, Lil Nas X and Billie Eilish leading the brigade of nominations.
