5 in New York City, the week will kick off with The Expo, a leadership program hosted by The Gotham’s expanding communities partner organizations. A panel taking a deeper look into The Inclusion List will be hosted by the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative in collaboration with Adobe Foundation. Featured organizations include Asian American Documentary Network, Black Film Space, Brown Girls Doc Mafia, Center for Asian American Media, Film Festival Alliance, Islamic Scholarship Fund, Minorities in Film, New Orleans Film Society, Film Shop and ReelAbilities Film Festival.
Conversations and screening Q&As between Academy Award nominee Raoul Peck (“Silver Dollar Road”), Academy Award winner Roger Ross Williams (“Cassandro”) and Chloe Domont (“Fair Play”) will take place throughout the week.
