The Hells Kitchen chef, originally from Johnstone, Scotland, is best known for his explosive TV personality on his shows like Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell.
During an Instagram Q+A session, Holly was asked what is: "One thing that your dad always tells you about life which can help us all grow?"
Holly responded: "Work hard, play hard.
"Find something you love doing because it will never feel like work.
"Family first, always.
"Be kind."
Holly recently marked one year sober.
She quit booze to put her mental health first after reaching her "lowest point".
In a candid post, the 21-year-old revealed what drove her to 'take control' following a hard time.
Holly wrote back in December 2021: "Today marks one year without alcohol. This is not something I thought I would ever say at the age of 21.
"However, by 21 (nearly 22) I never thought I would've been through half of what I have.
"I choose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn't improving my mental health - which for me, comes first.
"This time last year I was at my lowest and I was scared but I made a decision to take control of what I could - and that meant removing alcohol from my life.
"It was not an easy decision, nor one that I have taken lightly.
"I won't say this is forever, but this is for now.
