Gogglebox star Amy Tapper was praised by fans after showing off her incredible 3. 5 stone weight loss on holiday. The former Channel 4 star is currently enjoying soaking up the sun as she visits cities including Jerusalem and Israel.
She showed off her slimmed-down figure in snaps on Instagram. Amy also proved how dedicated she was as she revealed she was still hitting the gym despite being on vacation. Fans were quick to comment on the images, with one user writing: ‘oh my goodness’, while another added: ‘I’m so in love with you really’.

Earlier this year Amy revealed she had lost an incredible 33cm from around her waist. She previously spoke out about being inspired to lose weight after discovering airplane seat belts did not fit her.
She had tried many diets before but admitted she had to change her whole lifestyle and go to the gym regularly as well as changing what she was eating. Amy starred on Gogglebox from 2013 until 2018. She admitted cruel comments about her weight had left her in tears.
She told The Sun: ‘I’d have a little cry in my bed alone but that was only for a few months after reading cruel comments. It just doesn’t bother me because I know my friends love me for me and they don’t think of me as overweight.
