Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has shown off her impressive body transformation as she updated fans on her incredible weight loss journey over the past 12 months. The much-loved armchair TV critic recently took to social media as she shared a montage of the gruelling lengths she’d gone to in order to slim down and improve her overall health.
Acknowledging that it was a long process, reality star Amy opted to make a number of small changes to her day to day routine, which included regular exercise and tucking into a wealth of nutritious and balanced meals. Sharing a clip of her workout, the 22 year old star showcased a variety of dips, planks, bicep curls and squats to help her shed the pounds.
She also revealed she had been following the Muscle Food's Goal Getters meal plan, a pre-portioned meal delivery service that provides dieters with calorie balanced meals. After having revealed her progress so far, Amy went on to reveal that she isn’t quite done yet, as she ominously captioned the clip: “To be continued…” So far, Amy has shed an impressive 2.5 stone and has focused her efforts on becoming her best self, even going so far as to take her gym kit on holiday to Israel to make sure she kept up with her new routine.
Opening up about her love of fitness in a recent interview Amy said: “Every person’s body is different and everyone’s metabolism is different. “Over the past ten years I think I have come to a conclusion about what is best for me and what works for me.
Before, I would lose 2st easily, then my body would just never budge after the 2st. “It has been an ongoing battle but I think I have finally cracked the code.” One of the key sticking points in Amy’s regime so far, has been to set herself small attainable goals,
