A GMP officer was injured following a police pursuit in Bury.
Police spotted a suspected stolen vehicle on the M60 near junction 17 at around 7.15pm on Saturday (September 4).
The car was followed and chased down Heywood Street before those inside fled on foot.
Police say a “large number of people” then began to gather and obstruct officers on Killon Street.
An officer was injured in the commotion.
