Ahead of the release of her hard-hitting Channel 4 documentary Self Harm and Me, Gemma Collins has opened up about life with her fiancé Rami Hawash. The 41 year old – who recently shared a romantic birthday note from her intended – told OK! that she feels Rami is her "life partner" and "the right man to have children with," during a press conference with other media outlets. She said: "I'm in a very happy and secure settled relationship now.
I see Rami as my life partner. I do feel he's the right person for me to have children with."
