Gemma Atkinson has laughed as she shared a 'promise' with her fans as she gave an update on her new regime which she says is for 'her and her children'. Fans of the Hits Radio host will be no stranger to the fact that she is very much into her health and fitness and has been keen to get back into her routine following the birth of her second child.
Bury-born Gemma and her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez welcomed their son Thiago, known as Tio for short, into the world back in July, just over four years after the pair welcomed their first child, Mia.
Gemma, 39, has since been keeping her fans and followers updated on her progress as she returned to working out while also keeping it real on life as a mum-of-two. This week, the former soap star jumped back in time as she reunited with her former trainer, known as 'Evil Steve' ast at Ultimate Performance (UP Fitness).

Gemma shared back in early December how she was "beyond excited to feel this energised and strong again" as she looked back at her last 12-week stint at UP some years ago. Now, the mum-of-two has returned to the Manchester gym and has been getting reacquainted with Steve.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Friday (January 12), Gemma shared how the trainer spent some time getting her measurements ready to track her progress.
