Four In A Bed is a firm favourite among TV viewers, with the Channel 4 show always bringing the drama.
The programme, which is next on screens on Saturday, 8 June, is essentially the B&B version of Come Dine With Me, and makes for entertaining viewing. Each episode sees a string of B&B owners stay in each other's properties and then deliver their verdict at a tense meeting.
They each share how much they would be willing to pay to stay in the B&Bs for one night, with the winner then taking home the coveted Four In A Bed plaque. It may seem like quite light-hearted TV, but the show has resulted in some huge drama over the years.
One episode, which aired in 2020, even saw viewers accuse a couple of cheating to win the plaque. Karen and Graham has received high scores from the other competing pairs for their award-winning guest house, Tigh Na Leigh, earlier in the week, making them firm contenders for the win. While fans acknowledged the quality of the pair's B&B, they were left raging due to Graham and Karen's alleged 'underhand' behaviour.
When asked if they would stay in any of their competitors' properties, Graham and Karen said 'no' to all and then proceeded to underpay them, despite awarding high scores.
They even underpaid one property by over £60. Their final underpayment led to Pete and Sue, owners of Mercia Marina Lodges, even refusing Karen and Graham's money due to feeling insulted. Filming was brought to a sudden end with the table left empty, and the results were revealed by Four In A Bed's narrator sharing the results instead.
