A busy road in Edinburgh has been closed following a serious crash between a car and motorbike allegedly involving 'multiple casualties'.

Tributes have been paid to a "treasured" dad who was killed in a motorbike crash near Berwick earlier this month.
Motorcylist Philip Dalgliesh's family said he was "taken far too soon" following a single vehicle collision on the A6105, Duns Road, around 10.20am on Saturday, May 4.
The 59-year-old, from Kelso, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where he died on Friday, May 10.
The passenger, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to the same hospital and released following treatment.
Philip’s family said in a statement: “We are devastated by the loss of a loving husband to the late Ann, treasured dad, brother and uncle to the family. Taken far too soon. Miss you always. Love you forever.”
Enquiries remain ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the crash.
