A new indoor climbing and adventure centre has opened inside Chill Factore. Rock Up features 27 brightly coloured climbing walls, which can be used by adults and kids from the age of just four.
But there are separate Toddler Climb sessions bookable for little ones up to five years old. Promising 'a thrilling experience' for all ages, the attraction also boats a high ropes course, a soft play area and a cafe.
We've been taking a look inside the new attraction, which opened to the public today, Friday, September 15. The Trafford venue is the eighth Rock Up in the UK and the first centre since Hapik became its parent company.

Embracing the latest advancements in climbing technology, the centre boasts the use of auto-belays – the safest way to climb. This ensures climbers are securely supported throughout their ascent and descent, 'giving families peace of mind while they embark on their climbing adventures'.
A standard climb costs £14.95 and lasts for around 90 minutes, including half an hour for the check in and safety briefing. Toddler Climb costs £10.50. But there are other sessions you can book on too, like the Rock Stars Climbing Club, a weekly after-school club for kids up to the age of 10, or Calm Climb Sessions for SEND visitors.
Aaran Eade, Rock Up founder and now UK managing director, said: "Rock Up Manchester is a testament to the shared vision of Rock Up and Hapik as we continue to evolve and provide unparalleled adventure entertainment options for families. This venture marks the first centre since Hapik became Rock Up's parent company, and I
