Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ‘fuming’ over William and Kate’s A-list connections: report

told Closer magazine.“They may have moved to California, but it’s William and Kate who had the most support out there, and there is a certain level of smugness about that.”“They insist that they’d be doing this regardless of where the Sussexes live, but there is no doubt they’ll enjoy showing Meghan and Harry how Hollywood is still very much obsessed with all things royal,” the insider added.According to reports, the Waleses will be kickstarting their Earthshot initiative before planning to “tap all their celebrity friends for help.”To get the ball rolling, William — the heir to the throne — in September flew to NYC to find “trailblazing climate solutions to repair our planet by 2030.”Now, William and Kate are reportedly looking to get their celebrity pals — including Tom Cruise, Taylor Swift, and Tom Hanks — on board with the project.“Everyone wants to be around them,” a source said of the Waleses. The new report seemingly echoes PR expert Andy Barr’s recent comments about the Sussexes, claiming that they are “jealous” of William and Kate’s advantage submitting a trademark application in the US.Barr told the Mirror that Harry and Meghan would be somewhat envious of the doors that would potentially open to William and Kate — should they wish to take on the States.“Whilst Harry and Meghan have a powerful and well established network of celebrity friends and ‘fixers’, there is no substitute for being an actual, fully paid up member of the royal family,” Barr told the outlet.“The global interest and intrigue in the British Royal Family means that they are guaranteed crowds wherever they go and whatever they do.”William reportedly submitted an application to the US Patent and Trademark Office on May 12 to trademark “The Royal

Actor Zachery Ty Bryan pleads guilty to felony assault stemming from domestic violence arrest

“Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan pled guilty Wednesday to felony assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence, in an Oregon courtroom. As part of a negotiated resolution, which dismissed the second count of assault in the fourth degree, Bryan will only be required to serve seven days in jail instead of 19 to 20 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections, Lane County chief deputy district attorney Chris Parosa confirmed in a statement to Fox News Digital.Bryan, 42, was arrested in July after authorities were called regarding a physical domestic dispute between Bryan and an unnamed woman, Fox News Digital confirmed at the time. He was then charged with two counts of assault in the fourth degree.Representatives for Bryan did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.“The terms of the negotiated resolution included dismissal of the second count and a stipulation to a ‘7D’ gridblock on the Oregon felony sentencing guidelines, which calls for a presumptive 19 to 20 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections,” Parosa said.

Enter Shikari: “Show the Tories and landlord c**ts that our culture of live music is not for sale”

Enter Shikari have called for solidarity and progress in securing the future of the UK’s grassroots music venues – urging fans and gig spaces to “show the Tory government and the landlord c**ts that our culture of live music is not for sale”.The band were speaking at last week’s Venues Day held by the Music Venue Trust in London, where they received the Outstanding Contribution Award for donating £1 from every ticket sold on their upcoming UK and Ireland arena tour back to the cause of saving grassroots gig spaces. The news came as it was revealed that the UK is set to lose 10 per cent of its grassroots music venues in 2023 – with calls growing for the “major leagues” of the music industry and larger venues to do more to pay into the ecosystem and save them.Giving the opening speech at Venues Day last week, drummer Rob Rolfe explained how Enter Shikari were “no strangers to grassroots music venues” and were even playing a key role in restoring The Pioneer Club in their hometown of St Albans.“Grassroots venues helped us cut our teeth, hone our craft, meet and be inspired by other musicians, and how to be a proper touring band,” said Rolfe. “It was also the platform to help us reach an audience and build our own fanbase.“It is guaranteed that we would not be where we are today in our career, without grassroots venues – which is why it was a no-brainer for £1 of each ticket from our biggest shows to go to support small venues.
