A mum has told of her nightmare after her family's suitcase which had 'everything in' failed to show up in Ibiza after catching a flight from Manchester Airport. Lucy Taylor, 33, her partner Adam and two children, aged one and four, boarded a Ryanair flight to the island yesterday morning (Thursday).
But when the family touched down in Ibiza, their only suitcase didn't arrive. It had everything in it for the family's week-long trip, including nappies and beakers for the baby, all of the family's toiletries, brand new clothes and headphones.
Lucy, from Glossop, said they logged the bag as missing at Ibiza Airport but have since had barely any communication or help from Ryanair, although a spokesperson for the airline said they had not received a bag claim from the family. Lucy said many of the shops in Ibiza are closed with it being the Easter weekend, so the family are struggling to buy essential items.

"We checked in our bag with a person, not at a self check-in", Lucy told the Manchester Evening News . "We got to Ibiza and there weren't that many bags that had been checked-in, probably about 20 cases.
"Ours was the only one that did not turn up. We're quite well-travelled and we've never had this happen to us before.
"We put everything in one bag. It's got nappies, toiletries, headphones, everything in there. We told them at Ibiza Airport and we filled in a lost bag report. They said they would get back to us within 15 days and that is it.
"They said they would contact Manchester Airport but that they haven't heard from them yet. When you go on the app and type in
