Families are gutted about the closure of a popular family attraction at The Trafford Centre.
Tucked away at the side of the Regent Crescent car park, the outdoor Trafford Treetop Adventures was not as well known as other ropes courses in the area, but it was loved all the same.
Now the attraction - which was known for being reasonably priced compared with similar activities - has gone for good, with the final sessions taking place at the end of the school summer holidays.
A statement on the the Facebook page said: "After five incredible years of swinging from the tree tops, ziplining our way through the sky, and welcoming thousands of adventurers to Trafford Treetop Adventures, we're sad to say that we will be closing.

"We want to thank you for supporting us throughout those five incredible years and being a part of a journey that will live on in the hearts of our staff, who have enjoyed meeting every one of you and worked hard to ensure your adventure was a fantastic experience that surpassed your expectations and gave you an adventure to remember."
Followers said the news was 'so sad to hear'. "Noooooo this is such a hidden gem!!!" said one, with another adding: "That is sad to hear. My son and friends have had many years of fun visiting in holidays."
One mum, whose children regularly visited the place in the school holidays, told us: "I've only just found out that it's closed as I was going to book for October half term. I'm gutted as they loved it there and it was a lot more affordable than other places."
