Earlier this month, Mila Kunis, who was born in Ukraine, and her husband, Ashton Kutcher, launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $30 million to go toward relief efforts that help Ukrainian families.

Peta Murgatroyd, 35, expressed her despair at the tragic situation occurring in Ukraine. “This is continually breaking my heart,” she said on her Instagram Stories March 16, according to People. The Dancing with the Stars pro went on, “I’m struggling to get through some days. Sometimes I have great days, other days I have terrible days because I just can’t get this out of my head. I’ve walked those streets, I’ve been there. It is such a beautiful country. And the children that are dying right now.”

Maksim Chmerkovskiy, 42, recently seemed to try and relax while getting some fresh air on the balcony of his apartment in Malibu, CA, just days after he admitted that his Dancing With the Stars fame helped him to flee Ukraine after Russia’s invasion. The ballroom dance champion was photographed looking at his phone while wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts as he looked up at cameras for a moment during the outing. He also wore white wireless ear buds and appeared to be either listening to something on his phone or chatting with someone.

Independent Spirit Awards co-hosts Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally joined the numerous Hollywood celebrities showing their support for Ukraine amid Russia's invasion of the country.  During the award show on Sunday, Mullally stated: "I think we speak for everyone here when we say that we are hoping for a quick, peaceful resolution. Specifically, f--k off and go home Putin!" "We hope Putin f---s off and goes home, and to that end let’s all join together with a Spirit Awards salute to Putin," Offerman added, according to Variety.  Per the outlet, the married co-hosts then flipped the bird to the camera.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy, 42, appeared on Good Morning America Friday, March 4 and explained how he fled from Ukraine amidst Russian attacks. Before Maks got on a train from Poland and escaped his native country, he was arrested for breaking curfew. “They’re like, ‘Passport.’ I pull out my American passport. He starts speaking English with me. I was like, ‘I speak Russian.’ Then I regretted saying that. I thought maybe it was wrong,” Maks explained on GMA.

Dancing With The Stars professional dancer Maksim Chemerkovskiy has been reunited with his wife Peta Murgatroyd after a horrendous ordeal in his native Ukraine. Maksim, 42, was seen embracing his wife after making it through passport control at Los Angeles Airport. Before he made it through the airport, Peta, 35, was seen nervously awaiting her husband’s return.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy has shared new updates from his native Ukraine amidst the conflict with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Dancing with the Stars pro, 42, posted two videos to Instagram on Friday, February 25 from a bomb shelter in the capitol city of Kyivand, which has come under attack by Russian troops. Maks said that while he’s currently “safe” in the Eastern Europe country, he’s learning from fellow Ukrainians that “the situation is pretty dire.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are speaking out about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. On Thursday, the couple released a brief statement on their Archewell Foundation website, titled: «We stand with the people of Ukraine.»«Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and all of us at Archewell stand with the people of Ukraine against this breach of international and humanitarian law and encourage the global community and its leaders to do the same,» reads the statement.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are able to make such a declaration after officially stepping down from their roles as working members of the royal family last year. Royals usually do not comment on current events or politics, and no other member of the British royal family has publicly reacted to the situation in Ukraine and Russia.
