Pupils returned to Dundee classrooms in facemasks today after the October school holidays.
They were following strict government guidelines - or Covid-19 Safety Mitigations.
Dundee City Council is doing everything to ensure the policy is enforced in a bid to limit the number of coronavirus cases during the winter.
Local education bosses issued fresh guidance reminding Tayside pupils and parents what the current guidelines are.
