Daryl Hall is set to perform at the 2023 BST Hyde Park festival later this summer, as a special guest headliner Billy Joel.The Hall & Oates singer will join the singer-songwriter onstage for his live appearance at the London Festival, which is set to take place on July 7. Tickets are available now.As previously announced, BLACKPINK will make their UK festival debut headlining their own day at British Summer Time, as well as Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band playing two nights, alongside headline appearances from Guns N’ Roses, Take That and P!nk, supported by Gwen Stefani.Alongside his guest appearance with Joel, Hall is also set to perform at a newly-announced headline show in London.

Thania Garcia Taylor Swift and Pink are set to receive special awards in honor of their impact on pop culture during the 2023 iHeart Radio Awards, airing live from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on March 27. Swift will receive the 2023 iHeartRadio Innovator award in recognition of her decades-long career and artistic influence. In a press release, iHeart cited the pop singer’s in-demand tours and her 2022 top-selling album “Midnights,” noting that lead single “Anti-Hero,” is currently the most-played song across iHeartRadio. Previous recipients of the Innovator award include Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, U2 and Alicia Keys. “Along with her artistic success, Taylor’s generosity and philanthropy have inspired millions,” the release continues. “She’s an advocate for women’s rights and the LGBTQ+ community, using her music and platform to inspire young people to use their voting power.”

John Hopewell Chief International Correspondent German powerhouse ZDF Studios and U.K.-based Factual Fiction are reteaming for “#DorianGray,” an updated social media spin on Oscar Wilde’s classic, “The Picture of Dorian Gray.” In Wilde’s original, first published as a novella in 1890 in Lippincott’s Monthly Magazine, the self-besotted Dorian Gray sells his soul in exchange for eternal youth, a picture painted of him recording the decay of his soul as in outward appearance he remains physically forever young.  Currently being written by Maiya John, a young London-based screenwriter, the contemporary reimagining is described by ZDF Studios as “a suspenseful ride through the life of a teenager as they construct their identity.”
