Tattu Restaurants, known for their innovative and contemporary take on Chinese cuisine, are excited to introduce the much-awaited Imperial Sunday Roast to Manchester diners.
This captivating twist on the traditional Sunday roast will make its debut at Tattu on Gartside Street on Sunday, September 10.
Prepare to indulge in a thoughtfully curated trio of dishes that redefine the Sunday dining experience. The menu includes:
- Aromatic roast duck: succulent duck seasoned with fragrant spices
- Chinese barbeque chicken: subtly flavoured with chilli and sweet soy
- Char siu pork: marinated and roasted in Tattu's signature char siu sauce
Tattu are also introducing some brand new and innovative meat-free options:
- Mock caramel soy beef fillet with shiitake, ginger and asparagus - a completely vegan version of the classic Tattu dish, caramel soy beef fillet
- Satay cauliflower with nam jim and peanuts - a vegan adaptation of the popular satay ribeye dish
Complementing these mains is an array of side dishes: soft and fluffy steamed buns, fresh and vibrant pak choi, crispy shallots and ginger and salt and pepper roast potatoes beautifully prepared with garlic, chilli and five-spice.
The menu is available at Tattu Manchester for £32 per person, and for those looking to savour the finest flavours, guests can upgrade to Tattu’s signature dish – the caramel soy beef fillet. This premium beef fillet, served with a delectable caramel soy glaze, is available for an additional £10 per person. Available from 12pm to 6pm.
