An inquest into the murder of a Scot opened and adjourned after a 'dog-napping' report was made to the police. Donald Prentice Patience, 45, originally from Alness, was discovered dead at his home on Ainsworth Road in Radcliffe, near Bury, on Tuesday, August 22.
