A very faint positive line on a lateral flow test may be a sign of a wrong Covid result, a doctor has said.
London based medical professional Nathan, who posts under @expedition_doctor on Instagram, shared a picture of a lateral flow test with a barely noticeable positive line.
He said that if this line appears after the 30 minute window, then it does not count as a positive test.
Nathan said that the appearance of the line may have been caused by very weak contaminant, such as food or drinks.
