Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has challenged Alejandro Garnacho to build on his stunning goal against Everton.
The Argentine opened the scoring in United's 3-0 win at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon in sensational fashion, powering an unstoppable acrobatic effort past Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford. Moving away from goal, he managed to connect with Diogo Dalot's cross from the right and make the cleanest of contacts to smash the ball into the far corner.
It was a goal for the ages and immediately drew comparisons to Wayne Rooney's derby winner against Manchester City at Old Trafford in 2011. Berbatov has described the goal, like so many others, as 'world-class'.

Speaking to Betfair, the Bulgaria international said: "The overhead kick from Alejandro Garnacho is a world-class goal. Nobody can argue with that, the execution was great.
"His awareness and how to go and do something like this, you need to have imagination, you need to be brave to pull something off like this. It was a great, great goal. It was worthy of being the Goal of the Year.
"Garnacho was shocked in a good way, we all were, but at the same time, that shock came because it was so early in the game. When it's still early in the game, you don't expect something crazy and magnificent to happen.
"It was an unbelievable goal, produced by a player that is still very, very young, but obviously he's brave to pull something like this off. When you see him play he's not afraid to go past players, attack players with the ball and because of this bravery he was able to pull something off
