Destroyer, Charlotte Day Wilson and more make Polaris Prize 2022 shortlist

Princess Charlotte appeared at the Commonwealth Games on Tuesday afternoon dressed in a lovely black and white Rachel Riley dress. The seven-year-old Princess delighted royal fans as she pulled funny faces throughout the competition whilst sitting between her parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William. Vernon Kay and Rochelle Humes on ITV's This Morning drew similarities between Charlotte's behaviour at the Commonwealth Games, with Prince Louis during the Platinum Jubilee.

Princess Charlotte topped off her fun-filled day at the Commonwealth Games by watching her favourite sport with mum and dad Kate Middleton and Prince William. The seven year old royal made a rare solo public appearance with her parents, who took their daughter to sporting venues across Birmingham and to an official event in honour of the games.

A warm welcome to Birmingham, @KensingtonRoyal!#B2022pic.twitter.com/MQSNB47B37In addition to the swimming, Charlotte also joined her parents for a visit to SportsAid House, for which the Duchess of Cambridge serves as patron. The pint-sized royal shook hands with SportsAid CEO Tim Lawler and sat in a meeting with athletes at the house.  While Charlotte and her siblings don't typically join their parents for daily public engagements, the older two did make appearances at Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee events in June and for the Service of Thanksgiving held in March in honor of their late great-grandfather, Prince Philip. Just days ago, she joined her dad in a video message shared on social media for England's women's national football team, the Lionesses.

Prince George, nine, and Princess Charlotte, seven, have been students at Thomas's School in Battersea for the last couple of years. Their younger brother Prince Louis, four, has been a nursery student at Willcocks Nursery School in London. However, their move to Windsor means they will all be attending new schools.

The group discover that all of their assignments overlap with one another’s and things spiral out of control from there.

Royal fans have been commenting on how much Princess Charlotte looks like her late grandmother Princess Diana in a new video.The seven year old princess appeared alongside dad Prince William, 40, in a video posted to his official Twitter account ahead of the Euro 2022 final on Sunday 31 July, in which he and Charlotte shared their support for the Lionesses. William, who reportedly doesn't want to "weigh son George down" with the "burden of being King", was all smiles in a blue denim shirt as his daughter cuddled him with a blue and white polka dot T-shirt on.

Kate Middleton and Prince William are reportedly set to move to Windsor shortly with their three children, with the family planning to move from Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage. Kate, 40, and William, also 40, are believed to be making the huge move in a bid to be closer to the Queen, 96, and it means that their two eldest children, Prince George, nine, and Princess Charlotte, seven, will be leaving their current school and starting at a new one closer to Windsor.
