Jaden Thompson Dermot Mulroney and Evan Jonigkeit have been cast as series regulars in the upcoming drama series “The Hunting Wives” at Starz. They will play the respective husbands of previously announced co-leads Malin Åkerman and Brittany Snow.
Based on the book by May Cobb, “The Hunting Wives” follows Sophie (Snow) as she and her family relocate from the east coast to deep east Texas. And although he’s considering a run for Texas Governor, he’s determined not to let public service get in the way of their good time.” Mulroney recently appeared in the rom-com “Anyone But You” and the horror film “Scream VI” in addition to indie features “Breakwater” and “Ruthless.” Throughout his career, he has starred in a wide range of projects from “My Best Friend’s Wedding” to “August: Osage County.” Meanwhile, Jonigkeit will play Sophie’s husband Graham O’Neill. He is described as a “safe, solid, and somewhat clueless husband.
