Deborah James gave ITV viewers a heartfelt message as she opened up about her health on Thursday's show.
The cancer campaigner addressed Lorraine and the rest of the team after they took part in Race For Life last night in honour of her.
The Scots presenter and her team from the ITV show decided to take part in the run after Deborah, known as Bowel Babe online, revealed she is receiving end of life care.
She revealed she was "continuing to feel blessed that she had another day" and she had already outlived the life expectancy diagnosis she had received from the hospital.
The 40-year-old has been battling bowel cancer since 2016 and has been on an awareness raising mission to break the stigma surrounding bowel cancer.
Lorraine took to Instagram once the team had completed the course, and wrote: " @crukraceforlife tonight! Can’t begin to tell you how much I love all of these fabulous women in my @lorraine team. Blessed to work with them - and all of us inspired by the force of nature that is @bowelbabe #friends #raceforlife."
Speaking on the ITV show, she added it was a "surprise" she was still alive but believes it's down to "having that sense of purpose".
Deborah said: "Hello Team Lorraine! Firstly congratulations on running Race For Life last night to celebrate life, to celebrate why we're all here and to raise vital funds. I am doing OK , I am stable and stable is a good thing. I'm taking life slowly.
"I'm not on social media too much and just spending time in the garden with my family, a much slower pace of life, which is not what I'm used to.
